We just took salad to a whole new level!!!! you all have GOT to try this! I always get the greens fresh from my garden. spinach, kale and also the leaves from the broccoli and cauliflower plants. I add in Brussels sprout leaves too (it is all edible) then add the lettuce. so now we have garden salad but try adding fresh strawberry slices, craisins, pumpkin seeds and feta cheese and to kick this AWSOME salad off blueberry salad dressing!!! OMG! IM SOOOOO IN LOVE WITH THIS!!!

Today feels like a GREAT day! I couldn't wait to wake up and weigh in...I FEEL WONDERFUL! my mother came by yesterday and said "I noticed your not moaning and groaning in pain when you move around" OMG!!! SHES RIGHT! This is AWSOME!!! I feel like dancing! lol
I want to thank all my buddies for there support and Fatsecret for being there for me. A special Hug to my sister for having my back... LOVE YOU ALL!

well I find out that the doctors scale was wrong. I had to weigh in today and take a 9lb loss but hey, it wasn't really lost in the first place right? So... this is the plan. im using one scale. the one I have here at home and last weigh in that scale said 300lbs and now this week it says 296 so whatever the case I did lose 4lbs this week and im proud of myself!
