Thank you everyone, took me two and a half months to drop this dress size the scale sometimes dosnt show what I want to see, so this drop in size is exactly what I needed.

Guguzondi I know exactly what you mean. The scale isn't moving much I feel great when I try on my old clothes and they actually fit after years of been tight on me. I heard someone say that we don't go around with our weight on our foreheads. People just see how we look and the way our clothes fit so that's all that matters. The scale is just a guide but that number doesn't mean much to me anymore
