hi lovely lady, I'm an ex ketotian, I'm not here to dampen ur spirits but to tell u there is an easier way to lose weight without depriving ur body of the nutrients it needs. I lost 17 kgs on keto quick and fast. but man It was difficult and not sustainable. i was depriving myself of good nutritious food. making these horrible "breads" and alternative this and that. when I started eating normal food again all the weight came back. I decided enough in enough, read up about calorie counting saw reviews spoke to Ppl who did it. I started on the 20th of June 22. so far I've lost 6.7 kgs. and let me tell u I eat everything under the sun. the only thing different I'm doing, is not going over my cals and trying to keep my carbs and fats lower than I normally wud. I'm doing intermittent without the bullet proof coffee. it helps alot to keep the cal count down. plz don't deprive ur body of nutrients and substitute it with tablets. been there done that, I wish someone had told me to do calorie counting back then. that being said, good luck and all the best in your weight loss journey.

Hey, thank you for this, yeah I'm realising that this is unrealistic hey.. Definitely calorie counting now coz wow, I've been so sick

https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html Use that site to calculate ur calorie intake. I'm doing 1000 during the week and a bit more over the weekend. Someone told me it's too little. But after fasting for the day, I cannot eat anymore. Most of the time I can't even finish all 1000 cals. And I can honestly tell u I don't feel deprived, I have a better relationship with food now, coz I no I can have everything and because of that, I don't even really feel for it. Human nature when u say u can't thats when u want. One think keto had taught me is to count carbs. I use that to my advantage and only count my complex carbs that's bread, rice, pasta flours. Not all carbs are bad.

I'm definitely no diet guru, I'm learning and also willing to learn as I go along.

Ooohk, learning something new now about carbs and which carbs to count.. Guess it's a matter of eating everything I want in moderation and make sure I don't exceed my calories. Thank you soooo much👌
