Haven't been on my diet for more than a year...have gained 9 lbs since my last weigh-in. Taking a big trip in December, and hope to lose at least 40 lbs by then, so I have a lot of work to do. Not sure if I want to strictly follow South Beach this time, though...may just count calories and try to increase exercise. At least I finally got on the scale this morning, so I know what lies ahead.
