So since having that dinner at the Chinese with my friend, I slacked a lot from my diet. Yesterday I went and had some cookies and cakes all by myself :( Proves that eating is a habit, but it's a hard one to keep if it's new.
I need to determine myself to start working out. I have until March 20th (so exactly 2 months from now on) to fit back into a nice dress for one of my friends' wedding. It means some 5-6 kilos lost, doable but need to stay focused for it.

Let's see how it goes after today.

You can do it! Keep up with the gradual changes and hopefully they'll become a real habit before you know it. I bet you'll look gorgeous in that dress! :D
