So since having that dinner at the Chinese with my friend, I slacked a lot from my diet. Yesterday I went and had some cookies and cakes all by myself :( Proves that eating is a habit, but it's a hard one to keep if it's new. I need to determine myself to start working out. I have until March 20th (so exactly 2 months from now on) to fit back into a nice dress for one of my friends' wedding. It means some 5-6 kilos lost, doable but need to stay focused for it.
Let's see how it goes after today.
