@Rubhi Nazma progres udah 5 bulan dari 81 sekarang 64kg ya walaupun waktu awal awal saya diet nya ngawur juga ekstrim tapi sekarang lagi program 4 bulan bulking trs 2 bulan cutting karena pengen besarin otot
