Second fast day, and one of my high exercise days of the week, so looking forward to weigh in tomorrow (have decided to do them weekly so as not to get frustrated with the daily fluctuations).

Did my 17 min on the bike challenge today, and resisted the free biscuits at the P&F meeting :)
