Follow a keto diet with good results was on a no loss no gain for about a month doing this has kick started my weight loss again. your almost never hungry and my blood sugar has been fantastic. Good luck everyone on your journey to a new you.
121.2 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 53.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
