I clean the inside of the tomato (and save it for something else) and then stuff it with 3 spinach 🍃 (next time I will put more), 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese, Italian herbs and egg, then another tbsp of parmesan (real). Then to the air frier, first for 15 min at around 300, then another 10 or less. Check with a knife for the egg to cook. Forgot to put salt and pepper, did it 10 min in.
