After a nice vacation, and a lot of lbs later, it's time to get back to the drawing board. Here's to a successful attempt at recording all my food and exercise as well trying to stay away from the white stuff. No more excuses for not recording. My BP is ok but slightly high, so I need to loose weight and exercise to get it under control before I need medication for this. All in all, time to get cracking. So...here we go again.
