Started Intermittent fasting! It's kinda tough, but ufff feels so good!

Swastika, Intermittent offers various fasting timings options! I chose 16:8. 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating (can eat anything in those 8 hours). It's great, as maximum time of my fasting goes into my night sleep! :)

even I tried it for about 2-3 weeks , it wasn't tough for me I had a good experience and will surely go for it after my exams.. lmao
