it should be more focus on what you eat throught the day rather than just on an hour of walking. 80% of weight loss depends on the meal planning and 20% is on exercise or activity you do on daily basis.

if u want to lose fat u need to eat foods which are low in calories,eat healthy fats like ghee, butter coconut oil and seeds and nuts.drink 3ltrs of water to detoxify your body, increase water intake slowly.eat foods high in protein so that u don't lose muscle weight and also do strength training exercises which will help in building muscles

have a balanced diet.if your calorie intake is 2000 everyday than you need to burn more than 2000 calories

it's not that complicated (calories intake - calories burnt) < maintenance calories = weight loss

Yes its helps, try to do aerobics its help you lot of calories to loose fast it increases metabolic rate fat burning rate.

Please carry on with your walking routine no matter what anyone says it will help you. The best exercise is the one you are willing to do. If you keep track of your diet you will hit your target weight.
