Well no scale change this week but maybe by Thursday I'll be down again. The weather is dreary today not rain but clouds and smoke. I haven been completely my schooling course in Med. terminology and I do it in the evening but I find I want to snack while I do it which is hard to battle with when you are trying to lose weight. I have to get my course done but I need to be able to think about it while I'm doing it. So to help with my study habit of snacking I drink a lot, water, tea, coffee, and try to keep my snacks to a very small amount which isn't always easy because I snack more while I study and when I'm tired. Which sucks because at the end of the day I'm doing both. ugh. Just until the end of the month and it'll be over then I'll only have one other course that I can do anytime anywhere. That and I'll have a week off of work! yay! I'm just going to hang in there.
