naik lagi.. gitu aja terus setelah berhasil turun 20kg an, mulai seret soalnya udah dekat BMI ideal.. haha gpp kita nikmati.. aku tuh hang susah buat hidup aktif, apalagi olahraga.. lemah banget semangat di olahraga 😂😭 ga tau mau ketawa atau nangis..
63.2 kg Lost so far: 25.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
