Diet:
morning at 11 am; 1 brown bread with egg

noon at 2 pm: veg salad 🥗

Eve at 6 pm: red kidney beans with chicken salad

i stop eating at 6 or very often at 7 pm..


more than 3L water in a day.


my daily intake calories are 600 to 800


Actually i have already loss my 10 kgs in summer 2020.. i started in june 2020 when i was 68kgs .. in Aug 2020 i was 58 .. it just take one month to loss 10kgs..
but this tym i think it's difficult for me to loss weight.
56.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

ur calorie intake is beyond less. ur literally starving ur self. so maybe thats why ur facing difficulty in losing weight. try to increase ur calorie intake and do more excersie should help.

red kidney beans...one of the healthiest food on the planet! used to eat that everyday...not sure about 600/800 calories though..sounds a little extreme.

yep I'm thinking about it coz I feel dizziness . and also I'm taking 600 to 800 for almost One week.. not taking it for long term..

@gohar...use an online calculator...put your age/sex/height and level of actovity in and ot tells you what calories you need for maintenance/fat loss...start with deficit of 500 calories....7 days × 500 = 3500 calories or 1 lb a week.
