If you are looking for keto diet stop eating carbs like roti , rice , pasta , bread
Instead
Eat 2 boiled eggs with green tea for breakfast or eat keto pancakes if not that then make a scrambled egg put spinach or mushrooms in it and eat it with fork but use olive oil only in your foods
For your mid morning snack take any one fruit except banana and apple
For lunch take a chicken breast grilled in olive oil with a bowl of vegetables or
A big bowl of stir fried veggies
For dinner take a cauliflower and cut into pieces add masala of your choice and stir fry it in olive oil
Have your breakfast by 8-9 am
Lunch by 1-2 pm
Dinner 8 maximum
