Hey there!!
We are on same boat as I'm also on mission on gaining weight...
I was 40 kg too but now m 42.3 kgs .
of course we need to eat more and have good fats instead of bad ones which means we need to cut down the junk completely.
I'm working on with my diet with a nutritionist.
So if possible, get a professional help.

As much I can understand you are a hard gainer who needs more calories to gain but can't consume it because of less hunger

you can add bananas to your diet. like when you wake up eat a banana before workout or breakfast. Bananas add healthy calories to your diet. Adding dry fruits (nuts,raisins, almonds) and peanut butter to diet may help😊 Make your days active so that your body requires more energy and you can eat more to fuel it.
Stay consistent and you will reach your goal ❤️

Do small work out in the morning which will improve your Matabolisum.
Take 5 times a meal which should start with healthy and fully nutritional diet.
Drink plenty of water.

You are not achieving your desired calories, because you are eating everything ( chewing require time). My simple advise is, make most of the things you eat in liquid form (with grinder or something). Even biscuits (with milk) I am also gaining that's why I know. Drinking 600 cal require hardly 30 sec, but chewing 600 Cal will require at least half hour. With this simple change I am gaining 2-3 kg per month. Initially, my situation was like you. So, Just grind everything and drink. And do not listen to everybody's comments. Not everyone is familier with gaining. Try this method and let me know if it helps you.

I hope u are using this apps widget, it quite motivating n make u realize how much you are eating. I dont know. Whether I am lactose intolerant or not bt i dont like smell of milk and sticky taste of raw milk in throat yet I drink tea later o regret its stickyness in throat.
