my dear journal,
it's been a week since i download this app. have to say in love with this app💯. it's tracks every single calories. I need to gain weight. my height 157cm and weight 40kg. my weight goal is 50kg haha too much i know. to gain weight i need to consume 2400calories a day and to maintain weight i need 1600 calories a day but the worst thing is😫 i can't even consume more than 1300 calories a day😓. my highest calories is 1340 and lowest is 800. the first 3 day i consumed more than 1300 cal. but on the 4 day i started to have difficulty in breathing due to hard&bad cough because i was so eager to just eat more that i eat and drink to much dairy products. well now i am "lactose intolerant" means dairy products does not suits my body. but i still ignored it and eat milk kheer😅. on 5th day it caused very bad cough that slept barely for 2 hrs. i couldn't sleep. till morning it worsened. my calories drop so fast from 1300 to 800 on 4th n 5th. 6th day i went to doctor and till evening i was completed normal again. haha so weird😅. so i officially had a bad week😔. i am very much disappointed on i don't listen to my body. i don't think a bit about my heath. i am sad BUT☝️😤 I HOPE THAT THE UPCOMING WEEK I WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF MY HEALTH AND COMPLETE MY CALORIES GOAL PER DAY ATLEAST TILL 2000 CALORIES.👍
