Well a crazy weekend started with my hot water tank giving out and having family and friends come to the rescue. Which was great! Thank goodness for them. I did a lot of house cleaning and chasing kids and everything was good and I haven't been prouder about my weight loss as even checking this morning I really am at 188lbs now. I know stress can do that but, if so, I'm not going to take it for granted and I'm going to keep it dropping. Who knows maybe I'll get below my goal weight!
