Screw cashews and poptarts. I thought "hey a handful of nuts is good" no, so wrong, so very wrong. That and poptarts, how very misleading. But I had to eat something before I went to workout, I keep getting faint and headaches and that isnt good. I think my ideal weightloss just isn't healthy. 10 pounds in a month, sigh... I want it so bad though.... SO BAD!!! But I feel like it's jut not right. The way I have to make myself eat just to get calories. My solution?
I've decided to go ahead and do the HCG diet. I've done quite a bit of research and honestly it can't be any unhealthier than what I am already doing. Problem is... I have to do a "fat load". So for two days I have to eat as much fat as possible, after a year of training myself to watch serving sizes and my caloric intake I just don't know if I can do it. But HCG is supposed to turn on the hormones in my body to keep me at a constant fat burning state (turn off my starvation -fat storing- state when I don't eat enough) God, I just don't want to do those two days and have something ruin the diet and then those two days are there, I could easily put on five pounds or more and ruin the past two weeks. Or it could be good... I just don't know if I can do it :(
