So luckily I did work out today, and I had a rough time too. I was really proud I went the full 30 minutes. But I was supposed to get off at 4:30, and if you check my time clock and pay check I did, but not really. I work at a GNC and our store is going through a really tough time. First of all I'm leaving on the 28th of this month, But then we had to let the other good employee go because he was slacking and made a few fatal errors. And so it was just down to April (my manager), Bri, and I. April immediately hired two new associates but they need to be trained in everything from the register to protein. And then she got offered a transfer to a bigger store and took it. Anyways, I stay late most days. But since the plan was to workout for 30 min, run home shower, and go to my boyfriends when he got off at 6 I really wanted to get out early.
I had another shake this morning, great as always and I couldn't finish my lean cusine, I threw over half of it out. But I did sneak a few oreos so I still suck :/ And I think it's rude to push away food when I come to my boyfriends so I eat whats in front of me, and always being ridiculously high in calories and tasting great I always go tot town on it :(
