i snack all night last. :( after i was done I was sitting there like I total did not mean to do that. So I got on my exercise bike and did thirty minutes . I still have the thought im suppose to be losing weight. This site is really helping reading others thought and what they did is good inspiration.

That's great you got on the treadmill for a while. So the night wasn't all 'bad'. And besides, tomorrow is a new day.
