yesterday i worker all day and was so tired i didnt log my food that night or lunch. i went back and put in what i ate. I was really depending on get my thirty minutes of exercise bt didnt have time i was under my 2000 calories although. Tonight im doing my thirty minute workout even if something has to get cut out.
