Busy week. Lots of things going on at many levels with family, work, recreation and entertainment. Had a fantastic Italian dinner at a very well known local restaurant known for its fine ingredients and superb cooks. They did a dinner show and demonstrated how each item was prepared so now I too can make their fantastic food. Rich and delicious and one good reason why my weight is not dropping...but worth it for the experience alone. Easy to get off course when your schedule is all messed up. I''m barely holding my own but happy to say I haven't really gained either...at least not today. There will be more eating challenges this week. Why do all good things seem to happen at the same time. Anyway, still hanging in there and still determined to continue on this journey.
