Well I managed to loose 1 lb after my "fast" day. Yeah. I'm still well above my goal so I think I better get cracking. My holidays are fast approaching and I want to look good in my bathing suit. Lol! It's off to the gym now to work off that jelly belly. My next challenge today will be when our family goes out for supper. I'll try to concentrate on the protein and vegetables and keep the carbs low. No cookies in the house which is good. I just can't resist. See you later.
