I am officially back on track as of yesterday, however have now got a serious amount of damage control - yesterday I weighed in at 68.1 - the heaviest I have been in a number of years.

My Dad is still here as his Visa was rejected so that has complicated things as I am trying to toggle between my maid still being on leave, visiting with my Dad, being back at work and just all around find that I am being stretched a little too thin at the moment. I went to gym on Friday, but haven't been again since, struggling to put gym as a top priority when I don't know how many months it will be (if not years) before my Dad is back in SA.

Needless to say my new years resolution is to hit next Summer - so from 1 October - with a 6 pack, more importantly, my resolution this year is to not ruin all my hard work over the holidays.
