Another good day. Good day on the scales down 1 lb, 45 minutes on the treadmill, and a great day at work. The "Lean " course went very well with some great ideas as a result of it that will be very useful. I went on the treadmill...not as easy today but at least I did it and accomplished my goal. Keep on trucking. I hope this gets easier.
