Today was not good, but not awful. I am getting over the flu, and tried to go to work today. For breakfast I had a glass of milk and two pieces of toast, and lunch was a grilled cheese with some crackers and applesauce and sprite (not the best, I know), and then dinner was two slices of extra cheese Tombstone pizza. I now have a migraine, and I am so hoping that tomorrow is better so I can go to work (and actually stay the whole day), work out, and not feel like crap. Tomorrow is a new day...I may try to do some arm exercises as I recoup on the couch...at least it will be something.
