I have made the choice that I want to feel good and look good. Instead of the usual goals I set for myself of losing x amount in 3 months (the usual), I have decided that by my birthday, December 2014, my goal is 170. I haven't weighed that since high school (MAYBE my early 20's).
I was doing good before the second weekend in December, and before I let soda back in. Soda needs to be cut back out I believe.
I feel like I make excuses a lot, although that is not my intention. I have a hard time working out at a gym in the evenings because my husband works nights and I can't take the boys. I also have a hard time finding meals that are quick because we are busy and I also loathe cooking. Another problem...I can't eat a lot of foods because of their spice or because I am not a huge meet eater (Although I do like turkey and chicken).
So, here's to tomorrow and my new beginning!
