Okay, so we had a bad evening last night... my Dad arrived and Uncle Tom as always wanted to eat out - at Cal Caccio's for Pizza. I'm not fond of the place as I find their pizza's incredibly rich and too full of foul tasting fresh plants. However I ordered a minimal topping of ham and mushroom and it really is a paper thin crust. oh did I forget to record the half brownie I devoured?? oh and the Margharita? Let's not mention the 2 glasses of red wine then!!

Ai... needless to say this is STILL better than I behaved during our trip in the mountains AND I lost another 500g. Yay me!

As soon as Dad leaves I will hit the gym, I just cant find the motivation to go to gym knowing that I could be spending that hour or so with Dad. Sad yes but he DOES live 6472 miles away... sigh :)
