Had a KICK ASS gym session!! Did chest and triceps. I think next week I will up my chest weights as I found I was not struggling too badly by the end of my sets. Getting stronger!! Frustrating point - my arms and legs are looking well defined and tight... but not my damn tyre. I guess that's something that I will have to wait for with weight-loss.
