Coffee with a splash of cream. Ahhh...my daily treat. Seriously, I look forward to that daily. There’s no better way to begin the day. I’ve started using whipping cream (which has no carbs), adding it to my coffee and then whipping it all up with a milk frother. I use freshly ground coffee. This usually holds me until noon. Who needs Starbucks.
