Alhamdulillah , haven't worked out in 1 week , only losing with diet. I feel so light
72.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

16/8 Intermittent Fasting Currently just little to no Workout maintaining myself in 1500-1800 calories Suger and cold drinks completely cut permanently since last 6 months eating lots of healthy fruits and a light dinner at night
