Okay, so I have lost 1kg since I started on the 4th. Cant seem to update my weigh-in on this site though. Nervous for the weekend because I ALWAYS screw up. Hoping with a pre-planned, calorie counted meal plan I will not unwind all the hard work and have to start over on Monday. (Fingers crossed)

PS) Wondering how accurate a lot of these foods / calories are. Time will tell whether I see results or not, guess i'll know then.
