buat makan 2x gais... dan kenyang. high fat ini kacang Arab/garbanzo/chickpeas. kalo aku diet ternyata kudu makan nasi, supaya ngga sembelit. Nasinya nasi hitam jangan nasi putih. dicampurin apa aja yg ada di kulkas. digoreng. Jadi deh, makan enak.
