it's cheating krn seharian kemarin aku nda bisa makan (bukan krn diet tapi ada hal lain). Tapi aku ga WO sama sekali sebagai kompensasi. ternyata sehari ga makan = turun 2kg. scary... I'll try to eat today

Aku tergoda pake ini buat latihan beban. Tapi ragu2 krn beratnya total 11kg (biasanya cuma pake dumbell 2x2kg).... good idea or bad idea?

Notes for my self.
WO Saat ini:
A. outdoor running keliling blok 3 lap. biasanya 10 menit (ini dilakukan hanya kalo badan lagi fit. kalo ga fit, skip)
B. set badan bawah
app: 6 minutes cellulite buster. ini ke paha, perut, bokong.
yutube: muscle watching yang ngecilin paha.
app: lumowell l.a.b.
(3 di atas total waktunya 25 menit)
C. set lengan
youtube: April Han yang ngecilin lengan
app: Lumowell Arm workouts pake dumbell 2x2kg.
(kalo workoutnya masih kerasa berat, aku ngulang-ngulang yg level awal tapi 2x sehari)
Pas hari lengan, kalau ngga bisa lari (ya keseleo/lecet atau apalah) diganti ke 6 minutes cellulite buster. lumayan buat pemanasan soalnya.
Kalau terjadi cidera agak parah yg nyebabin ga bisa olahraga sama sekali. start dari 6 minutes back pain reliever dulu buat ngebiasain badan gerak lagi.
Tujuan WO: perbaikan stamina dan metabolisme.
