Yikes. COVID has done a number on me. My weight is creeping up. Time to try and get serious again. Walking 10000 steps a day just isn’t enough. Think I’ll try low carb. It’s worked before. I find it too hard to stick with pure Keto and my compliance doesn’t last long so I’ll try low carb and try to reign in those carbs.

I'm finding that besides the 10000 steps, I'm doing portion control, counting calories and not restricting my diet, thanks to the portion control, and I'm finally seeing some results.
