I don't know what's wrong with me the last couple of weeks. I haven't had any motivation to work out at all. I haven't been sleeping well, and I have zero energy. I guess I should try to push through it and just work out anyway? I don't know. I've been putting in two, maybe three work outs the last couple of weeks. I'll tell myself, "Ok, if I wake up early enough, I'll get up and work out", then I wake up early and still don't work out, then I'll say, "I'll work out after work", then I don't work out after work either. I'm worried I'm going to start gaining the weight back. Is anybody else going through this?
