I learned of fatsecret.com from my sister who sent me the link yesterday. we've both been trying to lose weight, but we both have similar issues, i.e. we're gung ho for a few weeks and then life gets in the way. I recently saw my doctor for something unrelated to my weight and she addressed my weight. She thinks I eat when I'm stressed. HA! Little does she know that I also eat when I'm not stressed. In all honesty, though, I'm really unhappy with the way I look right now, and I'd like to change it, I just don't know if I have the willpower to stick with it. After I entered my meals yesterday on the meal calculator, I realized that I regularly eat twice the number of calories that my doctor recommends. I'm not allergic to exercise by any means, I just enjoy my couch and TV more. My toughest critic and biggest enemy is myself right now.
