I have had a great week. I have been journaling my food and getting in exercise every day. Keith, Natasha and Easton are in for the weekend, so I have had some food obstacles that could have been a disaster. We went to the Akron Zoo today so we got a lot of walking in. I made wise food choices at the Zoo and took an apple with me. We went to Ammey's for dinner and again, I made wise food choices.
