Hi Eric, Glad you are back. you were posting on a daily basis, and stopped. I was worried you had given up. Hang in there. I was so overweight, I had trouble moving around. I'm not giving up, I'm still struggling, but I'm determined to do finish my journey of losing 170 lbs. Its hard to do when the holidays come around or when there is abundance of food around. I'm still going to make it.

Thanks Don ..hope things are going well for you . I haven't giving up on the diet . I did do some splurging over the weekend but I'm gonna get back on track with things . You sound like a man on a mission with weight loss and I know you're gonna hit your goal . Anyways hope you have an awesome day

As a kid I loved the holidays as adult trying to loose weight I just want to push them further away till I feel a little bit happier with my goals..I've been recording my food just haven't posted much but I'm def not giving up

It is overwhelming when you have 100+ pounds to lose. I set small goals and try to celebrate the victories along the way. I had 150 to lose and am currently down 50 with another 100 to go.

Hi eric, it's been a month since your last post. Don't give up. I had a bad month in July, but I'm moving on. I'm not giving up. I know I can do it and you can also.
