Had a good day today. Back to it although am doing net carbs now. Slowly but surely is the way. I have been indulging alot and it just proves that I cannot eat 'normally' like an average slim person. In the words of the great Dr, abstinence is the only way to control your cravings. Fortunately I haven't put much weight on, considering really I haven't been on program since July - I have been lucky. But I know that's just a question of time. Carry on like I was and in 2 years I 'd have been heavier than when I started.
Last night I made a promise to my former fat self, I told her I wouldn't let her down and wouldn't undo all her hard work. MY hard work.
