Today was okay starting out, although I had a lot of cream in my coffee around breakfast. I did okay at lunch time and dinner was veggies but I loaded the olive oil and butter and salt on them. Rome wasn't built in a day.
After dinner I went to a friend's and had a few beers, due to this I immediately wanted to eat fast food, luckily did not, but however ate 2 hotdogs when I got home.
I just have to keep up and remember how much I dislike this spare tie and how my clothes fit.
On the positive side, NO soda all day today and I upped my activity level.
