I'm just starting the slim fast diet plan. I've been the same weight for a long time, but I'm not happy with my body and am finally choosing to do something about that. My mother did a lot of slim fast when I was younger with good results so I'm giving that a whirl too, since its a simple system and being that I spend a lot of time on the go, shakes and meal bars are an ideal system for me. I'm hoping to lose 15 lbs by the end of the semester. Its not a very ambitious goal, but I'm not an instant gratification person.
