I had a lot of fun today. I went hiking with my husband, sister and my doggy at a little forest preserve park in Yorkville. The hike wasn't crazy steep but the trail goes up and down a lot so it's a lot of elevation difference. I was able to jog during parts of it, which was really fun and made me feel like the old athletic me that I liked. Ate pretty decent till dinner, but dinner wasn't horrible or anything either. It was that damn theater popcorn that got me again. Gotta stay away from that stuff! I avoided it for the longest, but this is my second straight day of eating it. After dinner, I went for a stroll along the riverwalk w my sis and buddy, that was pretty fun as well. The best thing about today was that I felt like I did a whole lot and I wasn't exhausted from being overweight, just from doing a bunch of fun stuff. Losing the first 25 is really great, and has given me a lot more energy and desire to do things I was reticent about doing for so long.
