Ugh, I hate eating like I did tonight. I feel like a whirlwind of shoveling things in my mouth. Karin wanted me to help her with dress clothes, Thomas was tired, they both were hungry, and I was trying to get everything ready to go to Zumba class. In the mad rush of everything I just shove bits and pieces of food into my mouth, a bite of avocado here, two bites of Karin's pasta, half a tortilla leftover from Thomas, a bite of cheese, a couple slices of peach, a couple of pretzels....before I know it, I've eaten a whole meal of calories without feeling like I've eaten a meal!
