Ugh, I hate eating like I did tonight. I feel like a whirlwind of shoveling things in my mouth. Karin wanted me to help her with dress clothes, Thomas was tired, they both were hungry, and I was trying to get everything ready to go to Zumba class. In the mad rush of everything I just shove bits and pieces of food into my mouth, a bite of avocado here, two bites of Karin's pasta, half a tortilla leftover from Thomas, a bite of cheese, a couple slices of peach, a couple of pretzels....before I know it, I've eaten a whole meal of calories without feeling like I've eaten a meal!

I weighed in today at a Weight Watchers meeting. I was so happy! The weight is really coming off. I'm doing pretty good watching what I eat, but the exercise is making the most difference. I can see my body getting stronger and leaner..yeah!

So I got to nap this morning with the baby a bit. Trying to be conscientious of what I'm putting in my mouth today. Looking forward to Zumba class tonight, an hour of shaking my tush!

Was up again last night with the baby. He woke up three times! I think he's getting back molars. Anyways, exhausted today! And I know what that means, eating. When I'm exhausted I turn to food during the day. Don't know why. But I just shovel it in all day! Maybe I think if I eat more, I will have more energy??? Really going to try and take a nap when the baby goes down, we'll see how that goes. Going to try and stay focused on the fact that I'm not hungry, I'm tired.
