As expected, a slight upward tic today...191.4. Chinese buffet has a way of doing that, based on the sodium alone. I'm pretty sure I wasn't over my calories, despite the buffet, so expecting this .8 increase from yesterday is water weight. Will increase water consumption today, and I think my calories in today's meal plan are a bit low (unless I take daughter for movie/lunch, jury still out on that one, might do it tomorrow). Still expect to be in the 180's by the end of the week.
With today's weight, I am exactly 7 lbs from the low I reached in January..184.4. That is the lowest my weight has been since around 1995. I'm determined to go lower, and think I can be under that weight by the end of September on my current path.
Aside from working on my weight, I am also working on getting more organization at home. A family member told me about a site called FlyLady, and I an getting together a control journal to help me stay on top of tasks at home, family calendars, errands and appointments. The cornerstone of her plan seems to be breaking seemingly daunting tasks into little segments...do a little a day instead of overwhelming yourself. Mealplanning is a part of FlyLady's suggested control journal, so I'm already a step ahead on that!
