190.6 this morning! After a slow start to the week, the last few days have picked up speed. I am recording my weight today...I may not record again until around this time next week. Finding I don't like recording it every day, I need to settle on one day of the week that I want to record, and stick to it. Hoping to be in the 180's by this time next week...that will be nice to see.
Not working out this weekend...might find some fun activities to do with the family though. Having breakfast at home this morning, but we are having Chinese buffet for brunch...that always instills a little fear. lol Dinner tonight will either be leftovers or pita bread pizza. That's right, after breakfast, I'm done cooking today!
