191.4 this morning, feels good to see the scale moving again...and in the right direction. lol Busy morning this morning, about to work out, then take my pup to the groomer, my daughter to breakfast at Cracker Barrel, then as many garage sales as we can fit in before the pup is ready to be picked up. School starts next week, so our little outings will not be so frequent...this is our last hurrah for this summer.
Since I plan to be busy, I am going to throw some turkey Italian sausage in the crockpot with some sugar free pasta sauce, let it slow cook all day. That, with brown rice and salad, will be tonight's dinner. It's simple, but it's pretty tasty.
